You now have the ability to mark up the pricing your users see on ToolWEB. They'll see this updated pricing across the site and through checkout, but you'll be invoiced your correct pricing. This is set on a user-by-user basis, so you'll need to apply it to each user separately.
To do this, you must be logged in as the admin on your account. Click on the down arrow next to your name in the top right of your screen and choose My Account from the drop-down menu. Once in the account area, click on Company Users in the left sidebar.
Next to each user in the list of users, you'll see an Edit link and a Delete link.
Click on the Edit link and a window will pop up with your user's profile information. Click on the field under "Mark up pricing seen by this user?" and choose Yes.
Now enter the margin you'd like this user to see in the User Margin field that appears.
Click the blue save button at the bottom of the user info pop-up.
All pricing your user sees will now have that margin applied. If you ever want to remove the margin, edit the user again and select No under "Mark up pricing seen by user?" before saving their information. They will see company pricing again.
Note: We recommend restricting users with margins from viewing the Order History screen, as pricing will not be marked up in invoices there. You can learn how to set permissions for your users by clicking here.
