How do I add a new shipping address?

There are two ways to add a new shipping address.

During Checkout

In step 1 of checkout (Shipping) you can add a new shipping address by clicking on the "+ Add New Shipping Address" button.

In the window that pops up, enter the new address information and click the blue Ship Here button. Note: If you would like to save this address for future orders, be sure to leave the "Save in address book" checkbox checked - addresses are saved upon order completion.

To add a new shipping address outside of checkout, click on the My Account link in the top right of the screen.

Click on Address Book in the left column.  Here you'll see your default billing address and default shipping address, and a list of all addresses you have in your address book.

Below that list, you'll see two options for adding addresses.

1) Click on the Add New Address button to manually add a single address.

2) Add addresses in bulk by clicking on the Download Sample CSV link.

Save the file when prompted and then open it on your computer.

In the CSV file, you can enter address information easily by following the sample entries – be
sure to overwrite those sample entries with your addresses.

You can add a name for your address (e.g. work or store 423) using the address_title column.

Save the CSV file once you've added all of your addresses.  Then, either drag and drop your file on the gray upload button, or click the blue Upload button and navigate to your file. You'll know you were successful in uploading the file because you’ll see the file name in green
text over the download link.

Click the blue Import button.  The page will refresh, with your new addresses added.
